Due to the deadly coronavirus, the holy Hajj will be celebrated on July 30.  Around 10,000 worshipers from 180 countries, including Bangladesh in Saudi Arabia alone, will take part in the ceremony.  The pilgrims who took part in this year's pilgrimage from July 19 have been kept in quarantine for seven days.

On the plain of Arafat, the 9th Jilhaj of each year is usually the sermon of the Holy Hajj in Arabic.  Last year, the sermon was translated into five languages.  According to Saudi media, Saudi Gazette and Gulf News, it will be broadcast in 5 more languages this year.  Bengali has got a place in the total 10 languages broadcasted this time.

Grand Mosque and Mosque Nawabi Chairman of General Affairs Chairman.  Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al Sudais reported this information.  The Hajj sermons that will be delivered in 10 languages outside of Arabic are;  Bengali, English, Malay, Urdu, Persian, French, Mandarin, Turkish, Russian and Abyssinian.

Due to the coronavirus epidemic, the Saudi National Immunity and Control Authority has issued special hygiene rules for a limited number of Hajj pilgrimages this year.  For this reason, about 10,000 registered pilgrims have been kept in residential quarantine since July 19.  The pilgrims will complete the initial preparation work of Hajj including physical fitness here.  This is the first time foreigners will not be able to perform Hajj.

Citizens of 180 countries around the world living in Saudi Arabia are taking part in the Hajj.  According to the rules, Hajj pilgrims cannot kiss or touch the Kaaba and the black stone (Hajre Aswad).  9 Zilhaj Must wear a mask at all times except the ground of Arafat.  Before that, he will perform five prayers in 8 Zilhaj Mina.  9 Zilhaj will spend the night in Muzdalifah.  The next day 10 Zilhaj will throw stones at the devil.  For this, you have to use sterile packaged stones in advance (Saudi authorities will provide these stones).

So this year there is no need to collect pebbles by throwing the devil from Muzdalifah.  Thus, for two more days in a row, the devil will have to hit the pebbles.  Then you have to sacrifice by shaking your head.  In addition, all pilgrims will have to stay in a specific accommodation in Mina until the end of the first day of Kankar.  This was stated in an order of the Ministry of Religion of Saudi Arabia.

Entry to the holy sites of Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafat for Hajj without a Hajj permit will be prohibited from July 19 until the fifth day of the Hajj, 12 Zilhaj.  If anyone breaks the rules at this time, a fine of 10 thousand Saudi riyals will be counted.  Violation of the same rule for the second time will double the amount of fine.  Due to the epidemic, Saudi Arabia is not giving any foreigner a chance to go for Hajj this time.  Only those who are already there (in Saudi Arabia) can perform Hajj.  Of the 10,000 pilgrims, 60 percent are foreign Muslims and 30 percent are Saudis.  In addition, the participating pilgrims must be between 20 and 50 years of age.

Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah and Jamara will have 20 participants in each group.  There will also be a team of 20 people traveling from one place to another.  Even after the start of the Hajj activities, if anyone has signs or symptoms of diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney and asthma, he will not be able to take part in the Hajj.  People who have performed Hajj before will not be considered this time.  If any person shows symptoms of coronavirus during Hajj, he and those who come in contact with him will be allowed to complete Hajj only after reviewing the condition of the doctor.  Separate accommodation, transportation and travel arrangements will be made for them.  No one will be allowed to perform Hajj if he has symptoms like high fever, cough, sore throat and sudden loss of smell and taste.

Hajj pilgrims and those performing Hajj must wear a safety mask.  At the end of use, it should be thrown in a specific place.  Hajj pilgrims should keep a distance of at least one and a half meters between the two wherever they gather.  Drinking water and Zamzam water can be collected in disposable containers.  Refrigerators to keep water cool in Mecca and holy places will be removed.  Each of the Hajj pilgrims will be given packaged nutritious food from before to the end of Hajj.

Hajj pilgrims in Arafat and Muzdalifah must stay in the designated place.  In that case the rules of Hajj must be strictly followed.  There can be no more than 10 Hajj pilgrims within 50 square meters of the Minar tent area.  There will also be blockades around the Kaaba and black stones, so that no one can approach.  The area around the Kaaba for Tawaf and the running area between Safa and Marwa hills will be disinfected before and after the use of each group of Hajj pilgrims.
