The second wave of corona has started!

 Experts had earlier warned that the incidence of coronavirus could increase in the second phase.  Meanwhile, the second wave of corona has started in different countries of the world.  Due to which, after temporary relief, strictures have started with Corona in different countries.





 Experts say that if you don't take immediate action, the second phase may not look more horrible.



 Situation in Europe: From last month, Europe was gradually becoming normal.  Normal life began in Germany, France, Italy.  Restaurants, schools, offices were opened.  The border was also opened.  But with the resurgence of the Corona outbreak, France has taken tough action again.  It has been made compulsory to wear a mask when going out.  If anyone does not wear a mask, a large fine is being imposed.





 Corona restrictions were also relaxed in Germany.  Many people were going for a walk in the heat.  But the corona has begun anew in Bavaria in southern Germany.  According to the Robert Koch Institute, 249 people have been newly infected with corona in Germany in the last 24 hours.  Most of it is in Bavaria.  In the meantime, many people are going to vacation in Bavaria.  That's why the administration says corona tests will be made mandatory as soon as you land at a Bavarian airport.



 The European Union (EU) has been discussing the Corona economy since last Friday.  According to sources, the countries could not come to an agreement on the economic package during the Corona.  That is why everyone should sit in the meeting on Monday (July 20).  The meeting proposed to announce a package of 1.85 trillion euros.  But the debate has started among the participants.  The Prime Minister of the Netherlands told reporters that at one time the situation was created that the talks were ruined.  But in the end, everyone agreed to continue the discussion.



 Situation in Australia: New Zealand has already declared itself a tax-free state.  There have been no new cases of corona infection.  Australia also went a long way in the war with the Corona.  The lockdown was also lifted.  But the infection has started anew in Melbourne.  As a result, a partial lockdown has been issued again.  Masks have also been made mandatory in Melbourne.  However, the outbreak of corona in the second phase towards Sydney has not yet reached.  Australia says the administration is currently focusing on Melbourne.  The new rules will continue for at least two weeks.  Then action will be taken to understand the situation.



 China and Asia: The situation in Asia is critical.  Corona has taken a horrible look in various countries in South East Asia, including India.  Corona is spreading in record numbers every day in India.  Experts say the horrors could escalate further in August.  As a result, several states have announced new lockdowns.  West Bengal has cut off air links with various cities including Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai.  However, doctors say that although the corona has increased, the death rate has decreased.



 Corona infection has also started anew in China.  So far 49 people have been infected in the second phase.  However, the picture is not the same everywhere in the country.  The incidence of corona is low in Beijing.  Infection is mainly spreading in Xinjiang province.  As a result, the administration has made new rules there as well.



 Hong Kong also said that the incidence of corona there has increased.  The administration has said that it will deal with Corona by making strict rules.




 South Africa: Corona infections are highest in South Africa.  The government had announced a lockdown there since March.  But even that did not prevent corona infection.  The lockdown has been relaxed a lot in June-July.  And because of that, the number of infections has jumped.  South Africa is also thinking of a new lockdown.  However, the administration has indicated that the second phase of the lockdown may be area-based.



 America and Mask: In different countries of the world, even though there are new restrictions on corona, the situation in America is the same.  Corona infection has started spreading in several states of the country after New York.  America still has the highest number of infections and deaths.  But the Trump administration has not made wearing a mask mandatory.  In a recent interview, Trump said he did not make wearing a mask mandatory because he did not want to interfere with individual freedom.  Although experts in the country say Trump did not do much of what needed to be done for Corona.  Which has been debated with the advisers more than once.


 All in all, the whole world is thinking anew about the second round of corona infection.
